Sims who travel to the Future in Oasis Landings can visit the Bot Arena and join a brand new career track. They can also work in this career in their present-day hometown if you use Edit Town to put the Community Object from Build Mode on a lot that is big enough.

To advance in the Bot Arena career your Sim will initially only need to befriend their boss. This is one of the very few career tracks where no other requirements are needed before choosing a branch. Their relationship with their boss immediately stops being relevant as they embark on their chosen field. A Mechanic is all about Bot Building and will be able to make extra income from building Plumbots and selling them at the Emporium. Officials are there to promote and oversee the competitions, requiring them to have excellent Charisma Skill and work hard to promote competitions and scout talent through social interactions outside of their work hours.
