Spectral Cleansing: Banishing Ghosts and Resolving Hauntings
As your Sim navigates the world of the paranormal, they will encounter a variety of spectres and have to deal with them in varying ways. Initially, your Sim will need to use their Banshee Banisher to banish spirits that are haunting your neighbours. Each job has around 3-5 spirits that require cleaning up. Their colour will indicate their type and they have increasing value in experience and simoleons.

Sims with Charisma can encourage ghosts to move onto the afterlife with a few unique socials if they are called to an investigation. Alternatively, they can resort to brute force and whip out their Banshee Banisher but it is naive to think the ghosts will always go down without a fight.
Ghosts’ appearances will indicate their age, ancient ones often dress in period clothing!

The Paranormal Profiteer Lifetime Wish came with The Sims 3 Ambitions and the goal is to reach level 10 of the Ghost Hunter profession. Since the career relies on the Logic Skill, the Genius trait can come in handy. The job isn’t for the faint of heart so a Brave or Eccentric Sim might thrive too!
